Hello Waqas,

The following document will be helpful in understanding the configuration to make video calls:

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cuipph/9971_9951_8961/8_0/english/admin/guide/9971cam.html#wp1088018

Basically you need to enable the following under CUCM Product Specific Config:

Hi Waqas,

As suggested by Sambit, enable Video capabilities under Product Specific Configuration Layout.

regds,

aman

Thanks Sambit and Amanso,

I did all what you show me but not able to make a vedio call. I made all confiuration that mention in this link

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cuipph/9971_9951_8961/8_0/english/admin/guide/9971cam.html#wp1088018

On IP Phone and CUCM 8.6 But not able to received Vedio call.

Hi Waqas,

regds,

aman

Hi Waqas,

this could be the issue

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cuipph/9971_9951_8961/firmware/9_4_1/english/release_notes/P567_BK_84CD4C2B_00_8961_9951_71-release-notes-9_4_1.pdf

Cisco Unified IP Phones 9951 and 9971 one-way video calls

Because of limitations in the H.264 video signaling standards, Cisco Unified IP Phones 9951 and 9971 may

not correctly display video that is received from devices supporting resolutions greater than 640 x 480. In this

case, the user sees a black video screen.

To ensure that video from such devices displays properly on the IP phone, configure high definition phones

and Cisco Unified IP Phones 8961, 9951, and 9971 into different call regions and limit the video bandwidth

to 384 kb/s when calling between regions.

regds,

Hi Waqas,

You can refer the READ ME for the required firmware.

http://www.cisco.com/web/software/282074288/106919/cmterm-9971.9-4-1-9-readme.html

You need to upload the firmware in all servers in a cluster. After it is done, u need to retstart the TFTP service.

you can download

http://software.cisco.com/download/release.html?mdfid=282749264&flowid=46245&softwareid=282074288&release=9.4(1)&relind=AVAILABLE&rellifecycle=&reltype=latest
