CISCO UNIFIED CALLMANAGER 4.1 TCP AND UDP PORT USAGE

We know that a Unified Communication systems use a variety of TCP/UDP ports. I would like to ask you what specific ports for both TCP/UDP should be marked when applying QoS. To me, it does not make sense to blanket mark any voice related traffic. Traffic types sensitive to delay should be marked by default. Any others?

Best practice whitepapers on this topic would be appreciated. I am looking for very specific information on what should be included within the QoS policy.
