Cisco Unified Communications Manager V6.1.1 database access

Paul James

I need to list the use of all DNs, specifically those used for Hunt Groups (Pilot amd Members) and CTI Points.

I know you can get all phone details from Bulk Admin, but this does not identify the above.

I need to determine all possible DNs used in an incoming call, be they CTI Route Point or Hunt Group for running reports on a Tiger Call Logger.

If not accessable via Web Admin how do I access the Infomix database

Hi

If you can get your head around the schema, you can just do a :

Run sql select...

From the server CLI (console, or SSH to the server).

For example:

Run sql select first 10 dnorpattern, description from numplan

If you can clarify exactly what you need (i.e. which fields) I can assist more...

Regards

Aaron

Hi James,

one pretty good method is via the;

Route Plan Report

The route plan report lists all assigned and unassigned directory numbers (DN), call park numbers, call pickup numbers, conference numbers, route patterns, translation patterns, message-waiting indicators, voice mail ports, and Cisco CallManager Attendant Console pilot numbers in the system. The route plan report allows you to view either a partial or full list and to go directly to the associated configuration windows by clicking the Pattern/Directory Number, Partition, or Route Detail fields.

In addition, the route plan report allows you to save report data into a .csv file that you can import into other applications. The .csv file contains more detailed information than the web pages, including directory numbers for phones, route patterns, pattern usage, device name, and device description.

Hope this helps!

Rob

Thank you I had forgotten about the save to CSV, but that does not get me all I want.

I need to be able to supply a list of all DNs and associated destinations

ie, to get a good report from our call logger I have to identify all possible numbers a trace may contain

An incoming call may go via a CTI Route Point a Hunt Pilot then terminate with a Hunt Member

I know I can get this individually but would like to have a listing
