CISCO UNIFIED ENTERPRISE ATTENDANT CONSOLE - MAX CALLS QUEUED

How many CTI ports can I configure to queue calls in case operators are busy? Is there a maximum? Thanks!

CUEAC supports a max of 50 CTI connections to CUCM.

you can configure more than 50, but CUCM can only registred the top 50.
