Cisco Unified Mobility with CUCM: No Alerting Tone for internal Calls

Hello Support Community,

i configured Cisco Unified Mobility / Single Number Reach / Mobile Voice Access, or however you want to call it

if i enable the feature and someone calls my office number the cell phone rings a bit later than the phone.

if i call in to the mva number, i enter my pin, the "#", i press "1" and the Number i want to call, i'll be connected to that number, so basically it works.

if i enter an external number, i hear the alerting tone that the external phone rings, if the caller answers i get connected.

if i enter an internal number, i hear nothing if the caller answers i get connected.

who should generate the alerting tone, the gateway or the cucm? what could be wrong?

my customer has CUCM 7.1(5b)SU5 and i configured the same in my lab with CUCM 8.6(2a)SU1 and both have the same behavior. For both clusters i have an H.323 Router (no hairpinning)
