Cisco Unified Personal Communicator - Active Call Windows not Closing
We are currently running CUPC version 22.214.171.12402 on all of our client machines. And Presence server version 126.96.36.19900-16. Users are complaining that while they are in the CUPC software, after they end a call, the active call window stays on the screen. Normally when you end the call the associated active call window will close out accordingly. These will build on top of eachother so that many will be displayed at the same time. Uninstalling the software and reinstalling it seems to resolve the issue for a short period of time but it always seems to come back. I am wondering if this is a known bug in the versions we are running or if anyone else has experienced this issue.
