A design question, what would be the best way to add call centre functionality to a CUE, i have a client with 70 extensions on CUE and require 10 agents on acd functionality with a stats pack. Is there any way to do this without upgrading to callmanager with IPCC.

I asume you use CUCME for call control? Since CME4.2 you can integrate to IPCCX5 without CCM.
Else you might use B-ACD tcl..

As the other post suggested, b-acd/aa on the cme is adequate for a call center. You will have all needed featurs, plus the statistics, etc..

Hi,
can i use the B-ACD as follow:
whne some calls from outside it hears, please enter the extension you want or 0 for operator.
i know i can do this with the legacy tcl script...

What is "legacy" ?
If you want an improved b-acd/aa version that does more things that standard, I keep the "PL2" branch at:
