Cisco Unity 5.0 Web/SA/ not running after running COBRAS

Hi,

After runnin COBRAS for an export from Unity 5.0 i have not been able to access the Web/SA  administration page.

I have heard from a colleague that this is a bug. I cannot find any info on how to fix the issues?

Is there any information on this fix?

I haven't run into any issues with COBRAS on Unity either.  As noted above, I would restart IIS on the Unity server as a first step.

I have not heard of this bug and I have just recently done a COBRAS export from Unity 5.0.1 to UCONN 8.5.1 without issue.  You could always try restarting the IIS services to see if that will jump start the SA page.

Restarting the webservices worked. I had the same issue on another Unity 5.0 server too.
