Hello all,
I've been troubleshooting this issue for a couple of days now. I have setup a end user in Unity Connection and had the end user go through the enrollment process. When someone tries and calls the end users phone all they get is "Enter your pin then press pound" instead of "Sorry "user" is unavailable record your message at the tone" What did I not configure correctly?

it seems you have a problem with routing rules
did you cahnge any of them ?
i thin the cal get routed to sign in action !

i have not touched the Call Routing. the only thing i did was modified the password policies to 4 digits, create a end user mailbox and the sechduling, but i changed those settings back.
