Cisco Unity Connection 8.x - Menu

Hi team,

I have a environment working properly.

I can choose 2 options after to hear the new messages:

- Press 2 to delete the message

- Press 3 to do a call sender

How delete the message from "new messages" after to do a call the sender.

Hi Jean,

I read your other thread on this subject and I see where you are going with this

I think

What you would like, is that if you are replying to a message via press 3 to "Call/Reply"

that after you have engaged this feature the message would automatically be deleted.

If so, there is no setting in Unity Connection that will accomplish this for you. In many

cases people still would like a copy of the original message even though they have spoken with

the caller so there is no way to change this behavior.
