Cisco Unity Connection 9.0

Hello,

We recently purchased via our supplier CUCM 9.0, Cisco Attendant Console, Cisco Unified Presence, Cisco Unity Connection 9.0 and a large number of CUWL licenses. Although we have set up our cluster, our Attendant Console, Unified Presence server and everything is working, we cannot find the install media for Unity Connection 9.0. Our supplier tells us to download the "Recovery Software" which we have, but as predicted, is not what we are looking for. I have searched on the site but cannot find an ISO for the full install of Cisco Unity Connection 9.0. We have support contracts.

Could somebody point us in the right direction as to where to download the full ISO for CUC 9.0?

Thanks,

There's no bootable media on CCO, use PUT to order a new copy, or reach your SE.

Two comments:

  • Unity Connection is on the same ISO/DVD as UC Manager. The options available at install time will depend whether the MCS or VM specs meet the requirements for CUCM or CUC (they are different).
  • PUT is only applicable if doing an upgrade. If you didn't get install media for a new purchase than you need to talk with your Cisco partner. If the SKUs started with R- or L- it's likely they got an email with the download instructions and the sales rep who placed the order doesn't know to forward it to you. If they didn't start with R- then you should have received physical DVDs. Again, CUC and CUCM share the same install disc.
