Hello,

I installed CUCM 9.x cluster on Cisco BE6000 servers.

After than i deploy CUC 9.x cluster. On same hardware with CUCM.

I configured integration CUC with CUCM, Voice Mail Ports Registered.

But,

When i call to pilot number - phone suspends for 10 seconds, after show "defaulting to TFTP" message, and nothing happen.

When i call from phone to phone with enabled VM profile and forwarding to VM, after 5 seconds of calling (for example 5 second NOAN), CUCM answers than called number is no available, but this phrase cuted after 1 second.

Please, can you help me with troubleshoot this issue?

Problem with suspending was solved, problem was with network connection, and "UCM is down" problem.

Now i can dial VMpilot, and VMport, and access CUC voice menu.

But,

When i dial a number with set up VM user, in the moment when called number must forward to a VM port, system says, that called number is not available.

I though that it might be a "Class of control" set up incorrect.

I checked that the CSS of the line, and forwarding CSS contains partitions with VMpilot and VMport. But it's not worked.

I can dial VMpilot, and access message box, but a can't forward incoming call to Voice Mail for leaving the message.

Jaime, thanks for showing me direction.

Trouble was in VMpilot's CSS, i put in this CSS partition with local users, and it worked.
