Am having a little problem with CUC any help will be appriciated.
I have 3 users.. User A, User B, User C.. the three users dont have voice mail configured however if the users are busy the call is forward to CUC which plays a prompt saying "the user is busy please call back later" .. the way i did this was to create a CTI port and fwd the extention to voice mail. uploaded the prompt and after greeting action set to hang up.. I set the CFB to the CTI ports extension....Now the problem is when you call Users A, B or C and they are busy instead of hearing the prompt i uploaded you will the the unity message " Cisco unity messaging system .. from a touch tone telephone bla bla bla.
