Cisco Unity Connection calls transfered to opening greeting

Hi guys,

I am installing a new CUC 10 server using SIP integration with CUCM.

When i press the message button from the ip phone i am redirected to sign in using my pin and everything works as expected.

The problem is when i forward the calls to voicemail, when other internal or external callers try to call my number , they hear opening greeting instead of my personal voicemail message.

Any help is much appreciated

Make sure you have Redirecting Diversion Header Delivery - Outbound on the SIP trunk in UCM.
