cisco unity connection integration with zombies and openLDAP

Hi

1) Is there any document available for Cisco Unity Connection 9.x intergration with open LDAP and Zombies mail server for unified connection.

2)Cisco Presence & IM (CUPS) version 9.1 and Cisco Jabber can work properly if organization is using openLDAP? Is there any supporting docuement available ?

No, there's the general LDAP integration guide for CUC, but not one per directory server.

Neither CUPS, nor IM&P, have never integrated to the directory. The clients are the ones that do that directly, therefore, no tables of compatiblity between LDAP and IM&P.

Unity Connection 9.1 can be integrated with Zombie Mail Server ?

Unity Connection list shows only there types of server - Exchange, Meeting Place 8.x and Office 365

Is it possible to integrate unity Connection 9.1 with Zombie Mail Server for Unified Messaging ?

Also is it possible to integrarte unity connection 9.1 with the cloud mail server, like  Corporate e-mail in the cloud such as  Google or Microsoft for unified messaging ?

The closest you can get without Single Inbox (which is an Exchange-only feature) is SMTP Message Notifications with HTML bodies that have play/delete/reply hyperlinks in them. In this case, all you need is the SMTP Smart Host which is mail server agnostic.

Thanks. Email Server is Zimbra

With SMTP smart host, we can send voice mail to any mail server (Google, Hotmail and Zimbra email servers)

But we can't have single inbox, correct ?
