In cisco unity connection version 9 what tool replace the remove subscriber properties tool that was in the early cisco unity versions. Like is there some commands in putty that could perform that. I have a user that was delete from the cisco unity connection web based application however I can import that user again. I think the user was not permenatly deleted how can I purge the user to permanently leave SQL database?
On End user configuration page on CUCM , select none as primary extension and the user will not be imported on CUC.
