cisco unity express error

Hai ,

I am getting an error when i was trying to start unity express  .When i treid to enter CUE 7.0.1 it tells me to

Enter runlevel :

When I tried to Enter runLevel "2" it gives me

INIT Entering runlevel:4

INIT:no more processes left in this run level

I think software  has gone corrupted ?

How can i recover the same .

Reinstall latest software.

Thankyou for your response.

The Problem is inorder to install the software I need to atlest get into boothelper mode which I cannot .

Every time when I reload the module it asks

Enter runlevel :

and after that it again reloads the module

This is the problem that I am facing .

Reset CUE from router CLI and go from there.

Hai ,

Well I resetted from CLI by using service-module service-engine 0/0 reset  command but i cannot enter into CUE.

because when it enters CUE it tells

This is the problem that I am facing .

Is there any way I can put the Linux OS for CUE to flash.I cannot use Boothelper because I cannot enter into Boothelper mode.

When CUE is reset will show "Enter *** to interrupt". All that is explained in documentation.
