Cisco Unity Express NME-CUE %ARP-4-NULL_SRC_MAC

Hi

I have connected NME-CUE to the router C2811. The module works all good for voicemail. Now, when Im trying to upgrade the software from version 7.1.6 to 8.6.7, using the 'Clean Install Method' it wont work. From the "BOOT-ASM" menu, after pressing ***, Im not able to reach anywhere. Not even the default gateway which is on the router. Whenever I try to reach some IP Address, out of module, it throws the following error in the ROUTER's log.

Feb  9 22:19:13: %ARP-4-NULL_SRC_MAC: NULL MAC address from 192.168.11.250 on In1/0

I have searched for this error and could not find any useful reference to this error message.

can you please post your config for that particular interface?

And would it be possible to share the URL of the document you are using as the upgrade reference?

the config looks alright indeed.

Any reason why you can't use the standard upgrade procedure?
