I need your help, i have user complaining that cisco unity plays the message subscriber mailbox is full when the user log's into the voice mail server to check voice messages, but the users mail box size limit is 3 GB, user is having data around 0.6 GB, i dropped a test message and checked the unity MTA failed folder, but the message was not there, it was delivered to the user, why the user is hearing this message, while trying to access voice mail box, message store is exchange 2003 and unity version is 4.0(1)
