Does anyone know if you have a voice mail account where the password has expired. Will Unity still send out the MWI light notification when users leave voice messages?

What would be the issue or what can I check. The issue is when a users password has expired, the end user doesn't know users are leaving messages because the MWI indicator light is not coming on.

So, MWI works properly for all users except when their passwords expire? AD password or Unity PIN?

It is the Unity Pin that expires.
