CISCO UNITY SERVER ALERTS

Problem Description : Got the below mentioned alerts some 10 days back , and troubleshooted them by following the below mentioned documents and restarting the services, but got the alerts again for the Cisco Unity Server

ALERT MESSAGE :

Computer:          UC-NY-UNITY2

Description:

An occurred which prevents successful Exchange access by CsBMsgConnector via MAPI.

This is typically an indication of configuration issues with Unity, Exchange, or the MAPI subsystem.

Verify that the Unity services accounts are granted the correct permissions and that there are no issues with installation.  The SysCheck utility may assist in diagnosing the problem.

Can some one guide me on this, this is not hampering the voice mails service or anything else.
