Cisco VOIP

Here is the Scenario have a Catalyst 3550 and 7940 IP Phones we are able to make outbound calls but i cannot figure out how to configure the incalls. Any help would be appreciated

What I understand you are able call persons outside your organization but outside people cannot call you.

If this correct then would like to know..

Which gateway you have, like MGCP or H323
