Hi all

does anyone know the default password for the CiscoCCMUser sql account?

Is it true, that the sql accounts CiscoCCMReader and CiscoCCMCDR are deleted if

I update the callmanager from 3.3 to 4.2(3)? I just can't find the the users

after the upgrade.

Hi Reto,

I'm almost positive these accounts are no longer used by CallManager in CM 3.3 and later. CCM 3.3(3) was the beginning of a move toward Windows ONLY authentication basically we stopped using SQL accounts.
