CiscoDRFFailure on CUCM 7.1.2.21900-5

Hi,

i'm getting a CiscoDRFFailure. When i look to see if the .tar files are created on the server it backs it up to, it has been created. I'm planning on opening a TAC case also but I was wondering if anybody else has seen this.

Reason : DRF backup process is failed due to backup device error. Tar operation failed on /cygdrive/d/CiscoVOIPBackup/CUCM

Issue may be with SFTP server. Try to do the following: Delete the backup device and schedules and recreate new backup device and schedules. Update it. Start the SFTP client. Run the manual backup.
