CLI Backup of UC540

Hi,

First post on Cisco forum and pretty new to all thing Cisco related.

I have to make a backup of the UC540 that was configured using CLI by a third-party in 2012. I am able to enter CUE but the backup server url command fails. I took most of the code from

http://xyfon.com/tech-tips/backup-cisco-uc-540-cli-2/

and, for the backup command, I used the documentation available at

http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/unity_exp/administrator/AA_and_VM/guide/vmadmin_book/backuprestore.html#wp1011486

What am I doing wrong?

Here are the complete list of commands I sent to the UC540:

///////////////////////////////////////////// BEGINNING

Using telnet to the Cisco UC540 on 172.16.10.xxx

/////// Login to CME

Username: admin

UC>enable

/////// Configure FTP username and password

UC#config terminal

UC(config)#ip ftp username FTPName

UC(config)# ip ftp password FTPPass

UC(config)#end

/////// Copy configuration file to FTP server

UC#copy running-config ftp:

Address or name of remote host []? 172.16.10.yyy

Destination filename [uc-confg]? Backup_UC540

Writing Backup_UC540!

33758 bytes copied in 4.308 secs (7836 bytes/sec)

/////// Enter CUE and perform backup
