Hi Guys,
I have CCM 4.1(3) with 500 phones up and running. I would like to restrict/block CLI on few phones (nearly on 10 phones) when they dial PSTN numbers.
Could you please suggest how to do this?
Thanks,
Mady

Follow the guide below:
- Create a new partition called UK_PTN_PSTN_CLID_RESTRICT
- Create a new CSS called UK_CSS_FULL_RESTRICT_CLID and insert the new PTN above and whatever other PTN's you previously have to allow internal and external calling (except maybe any previous PTNs you have that point to a gateway)
- Create a new Route Pattern i.e 9.@ and set the partition to be the newly created PTN. Also set the Calling Party Transform Mask and Calling Name Presentation to "Restricted". This route pattern will block CLID outbound.
- On which ever UDP's or Device's you wish to restrict CLID use the newly created CSS on the line.
