Click-to-call slows Microsoft Word

Hi,

I' ve installed click-to-call plugin on some PC and on all Microsoft Word has slowed. Whenever I move between the letters with the cursor, activate the hourglass and it's very slow to move.

Someone has already encountered this problem?

unfortunately no, but I noticed that the problem is not with open office.

we managed to solve this by contacting TAC, and they provided us with a engineering release which works perfectly.
