Please help me on below error
<CiscoIPPhoneError Number="6" /> means ? and also let me know the troubleshooting steps

Hello,
I have seen such an issue before...
Error #6 is an 'internal error.' About the only somewhat legitimate reason
I know of for this is if the phone cannot contact the authentication URL to
auth a push.
The first thing is to check is the CCM version and phone load being
used , just upgrade to the latest firmware if this isn't the latest.
If all that is good, then start troubleshooting for bugs...(sniffer capture, etc.)

Place here your xml\conf file if possible.
