Click to Dial with Windows XP

I'm using CUCM ver. 6.1.1 and TSP ver. 6.1 but I'm not able to get click to dial working with Windows XP. Vista works but not XP which is a little surprising to me. Should I try an older TSP version?

Windows XP is not a tested/supported platform for the TSP 6.1. Click to Dial is supported via Cisco Personal Assistant Server. Right now XP is not supported.
