A customer has already a CM ver 6, he needs to install an additional CM to form a cluster, can you please help me with the configuration procedure? do i need another licence for the existing publisher server?
Caution You must configure a subsequent node on the first node by using Cisco Unified Communications Manager Administration before you install the subsequent node. For more information, see the Cisco Unified Communications Manager Administration Guide.
Step 1 If you configured Network Time Protocol on the first node, ensure that it is synchronized with an NTP server before you install a subsequent node. We know that the CCM Cluster "must" have the appropriate Node Licenses/with seats to operate correctly. In your case a "new" Node License will be required to add support for the additional Subscriber box.
