In SRND 4.x, on the topic of clusting over wan, it states it either supports 4 sites with local failover or 8 sites with remote failover. I think it means the sites where you can have ccms , it does not mean how many branches, right? Since we should have as many as branches as in centralized call process solution. Right? thanks . Correct. In this context, the SRND is speaking of the number of sites which have local CCMS. So with single remote CCMs, you can have up to 8 sites. With multiple CCMs at each remote site, you can have up to 4 sites.
