CM 4.2 & Unity 5.0 Language Packs

We are opening an office in Beijing and I needs some help with various languages on my CM and Unity. On Unity it shows that I am licensed for 10 languages.

Unity

1. How do I find out which languages I am licensed for?

2. Do additional packs cost $$$?

3. When loading languages on either server do the associated "user" interfaces (Cisco PCA and CUM User Options) load as well?

CM

1. How do I set up certain phones to load the PRC pack only.

you're licensed for any available language for your version.

you should have received already a bunch of DVDs with the extra languages, if not. they're available at CCO

you need to manually set the language options as they do not change automatically
