I have a Dial Rule that takes number starting 82078 with 8 digits and strips 3 digits, this works well with AC but when performing a lookup the entire number still appears even though I have the exact same Lookup Rule I have restarted the AC deleted the txt file on the AC installed workstation, restarted the AC and CTI services still no joy.
being a lookup rule i would expect only the last 5 digits to appear or is this not correct?
