CM 6.0(1) with built-in Mobility Manager

hello..

we are experiencing an issue with the mobility manager feature of callmanager 6.0(1)..

One of the remote destinations is a cell phone.. if the cell phone is shut off, goes out of range, or temporarily unreachable, the call goes immediately to the voice mail box of the cell phone, and not the ip phone voicemail (unity)..

is there any way to protect against this unwanted behavior?

Try changing the user's remote destination settings.

specifically the answer too soon timer - this one specifies UC manager to pull the call back if there is an answer that quickly - typcially due to the cell phone being off and forwarded to voicemail.
