CM 6.1.2 Export CDR from CLI

Hi Pros,

I am trying to pull raw CDR files from CLI as per the following procedure:

Login to CallManager via SSH:

Username: Administrator

Password: OS Admin password

To view files

- file list activelog *, to view the cdr files, do, file list activelog cm/cdr_repository/destination1/*

To get the files

- file get activelog cm/cdr_repository/destination1/*

When you do the get files command, you will then be prompted for SFTP & username/password

But when I see the directory I can see folders for each date for example 20081112, 20081113, etc.

But these folders are showing up empty.

Now, I want to know 2 things:

1) Have the CDRs been purged ?

2) Do I have the right access ?

admin:file list activelog cm/cdr_repository/*

<dir> car

<dir> destination1

<dir> destination2

<dir> destination3

<dir> preserve

<dir> processed

<dir> tmp

<dir> trans

dir count = 8, file count = 0

admin:file list activelog cm/cdr_repository/destinationa1/*

no such file or directory can be found

Re: CM 6.1.2 Export CDR from CLI

Thanks javalenc.

So it means if CDR insert is enabled then we shall find the CDRs in 'processed' folder.

Any idea what 'destination1' is for ?

-------------------------------------------

admin:file get activelog cm/cdr_repository/processed/20081113/

Please wait while the system is gathering files info ...done.

Sub-directories were not traversed.

Number of files affected: 205

Total size in Bytes: 580569
