Has anyone seen this error while using BAT on 7?

FILE FORMAT 2040 File Format does not contain Device Type and Device Protocol?

It sounds like you may be inserting 'all details' instead of 'specific details'?

'all details' should be picked when you are using a CSV generated from CCM.

If you are using the BAT spreadsheet, you would normally use 'specific details' for things like phones. You'd then pick a template that you had defined with default properties in it, and merge it with your uploaded file.
