CM4.3 eos eol ?

My customer is going to upg from CM4.1 (1Pub+2Sub) to CM4.3. They don't have any sas nor sasu.

They can not go to 5.x or 6.x due to budget issue.

Anybody know if 4.3 is going to be eos or eol? Anybody has any best practice doc to do this upgrade? Thanks.
