I am trying to find out what is included with the P/N: CM8.6-K9-UPG= but was not able to get the answer from Cisco TAC at all.The description for this P/N is not clear either. Basically I have a new MCS 7825-I5 server and would like to install the Linux OS and UCM 8.6 software on it.

If I understand correctly, what you are going to get is  'permission' to use the PUT to upgrade a previous version that you do not have ESW/UCSS maintenance on to 8.6.

At $16k retail, makes maintenance look attractive...
