Please let me how the end user can configure Speed dial in CME 10.0.?
The customer only has SIP Phones 89XX configured. Can you explain me or give me an hint how can I configure that ?!

I removed voice register dn and voice register pool then create profile
Than add phone and create profile again.
I tried with factory reset also but couldn't find much communication on wireshark. Every time i press directory button on phone, i see one TCP packet and than all ARP packets.
Attached are the logs after factory reset and re-add phone.

Hi Ilana,
One last thing that i would suggest:
Voice register global
No service https
Create profile
Exit
Voice register pool X
Reset
Plz check if the above works.
