CME 1861 + max ephone

Hi,

I m using cme on cisco 1861. when i configured the router, i have been surprised that it can only accept 12 ephone ( but in the data sheet 15 !!)??

License Support

The Cisco 1861 Integrated Services Router supports a maximum of 12 user licenses based on different models.

how do I enable SL1861-SRST-C-15U ?

if they don't help, contact Cisco directly. You must have the Cisco SO number for that.

You need to install the 15 user feature license.

That will give you approx 19 (15 + 4 float) licenses.

Then go to telephony-service and specify

max-ephone xx

max-dn xx

I think it was clear alreaady, as explained in my post above, that is necessary to apply the add.l license.

Now if you have exact information on how to do that (what is required, what are the steps to follow), that would be more useful.

For example, I don't know that myself.
