CME 4.0.3 not showing callerID name

We are running 4.0 CME with a PRI. Telco is sending us the callerID name and number. The number displays properly, but does not display the name. IE.

Calling Party Number i = 0x2183, '2704427361'

Operation = CallingName

Name presentation allowed

Name = COMPUTER SERVIC

Is there a setting in CME that I am missing?

RESOLVED - under the serial interface created by the PRI

isdn supp-service name calling

Fixed the issue.
