CME 4.0 Hunt Group Problem

While installing CME for a small branch I have run into a problem with the hunt group feature. This branch doesn't have a receptionist and they don't want to use ACD.

I've programed a sequential hunt group with 6 numbers. I set CFA on the main number to the hunt group pilot number. When I dial the main extention or the hunt group pilot extention all I get is a busy signal. I'm sure I'm missing something simple here, and I have gone cross-eyed from reading the documentation.

Hopefully some one can point out the eror of my ways.

Hi,

you don't need ephone-dn 18. In fact, its presence with number 5002 is preventing the hunt-group from working.

Also, you can remove all the preferences from the others ephone-dn's, because all your numbers are unique.

Try removing the "preference" commands from the ephone-dns. This command comes into play when you have multiple ephone-dns with the same number or multiple dial peers with the same destination pattern. The default preference is 0 so configuring higher preferences may be causing your problem.
