Hi
I have 6 phones with their main line being their DDI. The second line is
an overlay line. When the first call comes in phone A answers. When the second call comes into the same number the call only shows on phone A and doesn't ring on the other 5
phones. If I dial the number internally then the second call rings on the 5 phones.
IOS - 12.4(13r)T
Basically what I have is
ephone 2
mac-address xxxx.xxxx.xxxx
type 7965

If anyone has any ideas it would be much appreciated.

Hi,
before CME 4.3, calls to a shared DN thta has a call active, rings only on the phone that has the first call.
The workaround is to set for the shared DN, "huntstop channel" and "call forward busy" in chain for all the shared DNs.
Note, you may want to use "c" and not "o" as button command, because that gives you audible call waiting tone, while "o" doesn't.
Hope this helps, please rate post if it does!

I applied the huntstop channel command a few days ago and it sorted the problem. Forgot to update the post.
Thanks for the replys
