CME 4.1 and IP PHONES over INTERNET

Is it possible to register phone over INTERNET to CME 4.1?

How is the NAT configuration?

---IP PHONE with virtual IP------(CME with real IP)-------INTERNET-------(ADSL-NAT)----IP PHONE with virtual IP

It depends on the NAT device. If a cisco device, that supports SCCP, there will be no problem. Else, it is better to use SIP on the phone because SIP is generally supported by cheap routers too.

Beside cisco, none does. The cisco 85x are not super cheap but cheap enough. The previous models, 83x should be easy to find used on the leading auction site.
