Is it possible to have within a configurable period of time a message playing when someone calls to a company at night when no one is working?

As I said I've added "param voice-mail 801" to the configuration.

how did you recorded the prompt ?
Please enable "term mon" and "debug voice application media state", check for any "unsupported sample rate" error.

I'm using the cisco welcome prompt now to isolate the problem.

Ok, don't forget to reboot the router when you play around with prompts. Unfortunately sometime it is necessary because the router gets stuck with the older ones and refuses to play.
