I have an unconfigured router ready to go with IOS 15.1(2)T1, which by my research should use CME 8.1. Upon looking on the Cisco Download Site, there is a file set for my specific IOS release (cme-151-2Tv1.zip), however this is not the full CME file set. The closest full set is back in CME version 8.0 (cme-full-184.108.40.206.tar)
