CME (8.5.1) - SIP Trunk - Receive Message Device Not Registered to Make Calls

I am attempting to call 1-845-987-1666 utilizing SIP trunks from my CME system. I receive a message stating "the device you are is not registered to place calls on this network". Able to call this number from Cell phone and any other land line. Did debug on the router and noticed the below messages.

Mar 16 22:09:50.081: //1250835/B93006000000/SIP/Info/sipSPISendInviteResponse: Associated container=0x2AEE5F08 to Invite Response 500

Mar 16 22:09:50.081: //1250835/B93006000000/SIP/Info/sentErrResDisconnecting: Sent an 3456XX Error Response

Mar 16 22:09:50.081: //1250835/B93006000000/SIP/Info/sipSPISendInviteResponse: Associated container=0x2AEE5F08 to Invite Response 500

Mar 16 22:09:50.081: //1250835/B93006000000/SIP/Info/sentErrResDisconnecting: Sent an 3456XX Error Response

Any suggestions?

I have the same problem. Have you found the resolution. Do we have to change something in the SIP Trunk? Thank you so much.
