Cisco has sent us two new 6921 phones as part of an RMA, and both phones exhibit very strange behaviour.
The phone is fully functional, but the display does not ever show the idle screen, it always hangs up and displays the last thing that you do.
I've attached a photo. If I change the volume for something, the screen will display the volume bar permamently. Dialing numbers does not change the display, but I can pull up the directories menu if I want.
