I am having an audio issue after a power outage over the winter break. I now have no incoming audio via CME 8.6 over our TW PRI. We are using a 3945 running 15.1(4)M4 with a VWIC3-2MFT-T1/E1 and a PVDM3-128. ISDN seems fine and calls connect both ways but only outgoing audio works. No firewall in place, translation patterns seem fine, only one interface active, voip bind srcaddr is correct, only using G711U, all voip calls from CME to CUCM work fine. Its only calls routed out the PRI that have the problem. Telco has ran diags (remotely) and does not see a problem.
Possible DSP issue? What else can I check on my end?
