CME 8.6 SIP Trunk call error Disconnect Cause (SIP) : 500

Hi

Network diagram is as below

[Abacus SIP UA]-------->[CME 8.6/Registrar]-------------SIP Trunk---------[Service Provider SIP Proxy]

Also attached NW diagram.

During outgoing call we get SIP error "500"

"Spirent Abacus system" is SIP User Agentt (Total 30 SIP clients are configured on Abacus)

These SIP UA is registered with Cisco CME 8.6.

There is SIP trunk between CME 8.6 and Service Provider SIP Proxy(product is ACME)

We have tested Outgoing call with  Cisco SIP phones (79xx) registered on CME8.6 through SIP trunk.

Working perfectly.

But when we configure Abacus SIP UA with CME8.6, SIP UA registered with CME8.6, but outgoing calls are endingup with SIP error "500"

Here I have attached diagram, debug ccsip call/error output.

Pls. suggest.

Hi,

There's a Toll fraud security feature which I think is in your release which blocks SIP or H323 originating calls based on IP.

try adding:

voice service voip

ip address trusted list

ipv4 192.168.104.0 255.255.255.0
